For physical book distributions, we store your delivery address. This information is shared only with our trusted domestic couriers.

Your reading history and genre interests are tracked purely to curate better monthly lists and fuel our private discussion groups.
Internal Administration Protocols
Your personal data is utilized primarily to facilitate the core functions of the Vinazv Book Club. This includes the authentication of your membership, the processing of monthly subscriptions, and the maintenance of our digital literary lounge. We do not engage in the wholesale or rental of subscriber lists to third-party marketers.
Data processing occurs under the legal basis of contract fulfillment. By joining our club, you enter into a membership agreement where we provide curated services in exchange for the necessary administrative access to your contact and preference data.
Periodically, we may use your email to send "The Archive"—our exclusive newsletter featuring upcoming reading lists and literary news from across Southeast Asia. You may opt-out of these communications at any time via your member dashboard.
